Information relating to your consultation

The privacy notice that applies depends on which clinician or organisation is responsible for the information. Before your consultation, the booking team should explain who will hold your clinical records and provide the relevant patient privacy notice.

Be Medical’s policy covers its own handling of information. Where Professor Johnson or Miami Stem Cell Clinic separately collects, retains or uses information, the responsible clinician or organisation must provide the applicable privacy information for that processing. Renting consulting space does not, by itself, place every patient record under the host practice’s policy.

Please ask the booking team for an approved secure method before sending medical records or other sensitive information. Questions about information held by Be Medical can be directed to the contact above; questions about separately held consultation records should go to the clinician or organisation identified at booking.
