Miami Stem Cell Clinic is committed to providing people with disabilities equitable access to information, communications and services. We aim to make https://miamistemcell.clinic usable by people with a wide range of visual, hearing, mobility, speech and cognitive needs.
Our accessibility goal
Our goal is to improve the website in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines inform accessible design and development. This statement describes our goal; it is not a certification that every page or feature currently meets every WCAG requirement.
Our priorities include clear headings and navigation, meaningful text alternatives for images, readable contrast, keyboard access and visible focus, properly labelled forms with understandable error messages, and appropriate captions or text alternatives for audiovisual content. Accessibility is an ongoing consideration as content and services change.
Request assistance or report a barrier
If you have difficulty accessing a page, completing a form, requesting an appointment or using another website feature, please contact us. You may request help with the task, information in an accessible format, or an appropriate communication aid or reasonable modification. We will work with you to identify an effective solution. We do not charge for accessibility assistance or accommodations required by law.
Accessibility assistance — Miami Stem Cell Clinic
Phone: (305) 434-2647; relay services are welcome.
Mail: 1395 Brickell Avenue, Suite 200, Miami, Florida
If possible, tell us the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the difficulty you encountered and your preferred way to receive a response. Browser or assistive-technology details can help, but they are optional. You do not need to provide a detailed medical history to report a website problem.
Our response
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days and provide assistance or an update as promptly as the circumstances require. If a website issue needs more time to resolve, we will discuss an appropriate alternative way to access the information or service.
Third-party features and ongoing improvement
Scheduling tools, embedded media, downloadable files and other third-party features may present accessibility barriers. Please tell us about problems with these features so we can work on a solution and help you complete the task. If you remain dissatisfied, you may use our Complaints and Feedback process. That process does not limit your rights under applicable law.
For an immediate medical emergency, call 911. Website accessibility requests are not an emergency clinical service.
